Hello, guests and new members alike, to Warriors: Hidden Paths!
Hidden Paths is based on the fantastic series by Erin Hunter, Warriors, which is based off cat life in the wild. While Warriors has two series of books thus far, Warriors and The New Prophecy, Hidden Paths is based just after the newest book of The New Prophecy, while at the same time not giving any spoilers away to the players.
Hidden paths takes place years after the four essential Clans--Wind, River, Thunder, and Shadow--have reached their new homes around the lake. New leaders have taken control over the Clans, and peace has reigned between the Clans for some time now. Until, that is, the coming Fall season. Where once the Twolegs (humans) once left due to the cool weather, a few now stay and begin to leave traps in the territories. Not dangerous traps, but traps that the Clans have once seen before in their old homes in the Forest. However, most cats alive in the Clans now were not alive back then, and wouldn't remember the dangers of a Humane Live Trap.
However, as far as the site goes, it is still brand new and whether this plot will take place so soon is still being decided upon. Depending on the member activity and how the site grows, this plot will probably not take place for some time, but will be growing along with the site.
Hidden Paths is a semi-literate, to literate-advanced role-playing site. That means posts must be well-structured with at least five sentences. More sentences and more detail in posts give the role-playing partner more to work with, and lets the role-play feel more realistic.
We also have a chat box at the bottom of the main page, where we also keep our affiliate banners. The Chat Box is open for everyone, and if you would like to affiliate with us, all we ask is that you add our own banner onto your site as we have done with yours.
